Partial Refund (65%)
A 65% refund may be granted in the following situations:
Death in the family
Accidents or serious illness
Natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, or earthquakes
Medical emergencies, including childbirth or stroke
Tip: We strongly encourage rescheduling your stay instead of requesting a refund. Rescheduling allows you to retain most of your booking value and helps us manage room availability.
Partial Refund (45%) – Rescheduling Highly Recommended
A 45% refund may be granted for:
Flight delays or cancellations (International visitors)
Flight delays or cancellations due to typhoons or natural disasters (Domestic visitors)
Vehicle problems on the way to Vigan City
Tip: Whenever possible, reschedule your visit instead of requesting a refund. This ensures you don’t lose your booking value.
Other Cancellations
If your cancellation does not fall under the above circumstances, we highly recommend rescheduling your stay. Full or partial refunds may not be possible, as your reservation prevents us from hosting other guests and sustaining operations.
Additional Notes
Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before scheduled check-in.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Rescheduled stays can be booked at the same rate, subject to availability.
